Hi I have a few questions what is th minimium order and do u have to order the bulk quantity of each product. Could u also nexplain to me about shipping charges and any other charges that i would be responsible for such as customs charge

The minimum order is the the minimum Total Amount of the order. The current minimum order value is £5000. There is a shipping surcharge for any order with total value below £5000.

There is no other surcharge such as shipping charge or customs charge involved for our customers and all products ordered will be delivered to your door in the UK.

The bulk quantity is the quantity of the product in one cargo and it is a unit. You can only order any specific product based on their unit.

Where is your products from and how long will be the shipping time?

All products are shipped from China. The normal shpping time after you placing the order is about six weeks. There are some products such as some hand made products require longer shipping period as it takes time for manfacture.
